Our support team will provide the required template and handle the upload to ensure contracts are correctly linked to each vehicle.
How do I close an expiring Renting contract and register a new one?
When a Renting or Leasing contract ends, there is no need to create a new vehicle.
Recommended process:

Go to Fleet > Vehicles and open the vehicle.

Close the current contract by completing the end date.

Register a new Renting or Leasing contract with the updated conditions.
This ensures the vehicle keeps its full contract history.
Where can I check the Renting history of a vehicle?
The Renting/Leasing history is available within the vehicle profile.
To access it:

Go to Fleet > Vehicles.

Select the vehicle.

From the vehicle dashboard, open the Renting history table.
Here you can review current and previous contracts, including dates, supplier, and conditions.
