How do I register an insurance renewal or a new policy?
When an insurance policy ends, there is no need to create a new vehicle.
Recommended process:

Open the vehicle from Fleet > Vehicles.

Close the current insurance by completing the end date.

Register a new insurance policy with the updated conditions.
This keeps the vehicle’s insurance history complete.
Where can I check the insurance history of a vehicle?
The insurance history is available within the vehicle profile.
To access it:

Go to Fleet > Vehicles.

Select the vehicle.

From the vehicle dashboard, open the insurance history table.
There you can review current and past insurance policies, including provider, dates, and costs.
